Stayed here for a weekend with my partner and we had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by several great restaurants. the staff were welcoming and helpful, offering us recommendations for places to eat. Our room was compact but smartly designed with all necessary amenities. the soundproofing was impressive, as we could hardly hear any noise from outside. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service which kept our room spotless. a great value for money hotel.
Despite the convenient location, the entrance to the hotel was slightly difficult to find as it was tucked away in a small alley. once we found it, we had no complains.

We loved the way that we were made to feel like guests in a good friend's home rather than in a hotel. Quirky, chic, boutique decor. Excellent location. Loved the little things such as the book swapping service and being able to borrow beach equipment for the day.
Rooms are very small however clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in an excellent position for access to the Palais and to the Croisette. The room was very clean and comfortable, though slightly small, but the relationship price to comfort was right. The breakfast was also pleasant.
The only drawback is that the room is on the small side, otherwise excellent in all respects.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for various years. The location was perfect, being so close to everything in the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful advice during our stay.
Nothing, everything was great.

The location was really good - close to the shops, public transport, beach and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were simple but very clean. We booked a twin room for the children, but were given two separate rooms which was great.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the bus stop for the airport express coach, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. its central location allows for quick and easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city.
The hotel's location away from the main area of Cannes may not be ideal for those who prefer to stay right in the heart of the city.

The location was very good, rooms were small, but with a very nice and modern deco, also there was an ipod speaker which was nice. Trendy and good for young people. Staff was very nice.
There was no elevator, which is not really a problem, because it is quite miniature.

Good price - booked last-minute for major conference when most of Cannes was sold out and this hotel was not extortionate. The location is very good, with a 2-3 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals, Rue d'Antibes etc. Staff were generally helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and neat.
Hotel wifi is only in the breakfast room, if you want internet in your bedroom you need to plug in with a really short cable and sit at the desk (if you have an iPad or something else without a cable connection, you just need to sit in the breakfast room). Hotel was not helpful when I asked for a longer cable. Also rooms are really quite small and breakfast is an added extra. No shower door/curtain meant the whole bathroom was soaked every time I took a shower. Very limited selection of TV channels.

Great location, close to the beach and city center. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The rooms had good insulation so there was no noise issue, and they had modern facilities and were clean.
The rooms were very small and lack adequate space for luggage. The bathrooms were also very tiny, making it difficult to move around.

Excellent location in Cannes, nice atmosphere in hotel and rooms, design hotel, clean, friendly personnel. We had 2 rooms connected serving as a family room suitable for us requiring a separate room for our son. Price reasonable for actually having 2 rooms. We would go there again.
Small hotel without elevator (so a bit difficult with 2 little childeren as in our case and in rooms on top 3rd floor), small rooms (we had 2), very small bathroom, but everything was there and the small space was used in a very efficient way. Further the hotel is right at the street so actually you cannot park there to (un)load your car.

You know from the pics that is a 'boutique hotel' like so you expect to have small bedrooms and expect it to meet with the minimum. The great surprise is that they know how to take advantage of the space of each room and make cozy, modern, with an arty design look, and a great isolation from noise on a heavily used street.
They do not have an elevator but they make it up with a baggage lifter that does help you a lot on your way up.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us with its value for money. The rooms may be small, but they are impeccably clean and have everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and always available to assist. The hotel's location on a busy crossroad made it convenient for us to explore the beaches, city center, and Palais. Additionally, the breakfast provided was more than satisfactory, with a wide selection of delicious pastries.
No improvements needed.

Welcoming and enthusiastic owners who gave us a complete rundown of what we might like to do in Cannes in the couple days we had. The rooms are well thought out, modern but still cute and charming, and great value. Beds are a little higher than normal to allow space for luggage storage underneath. Loved the air con and the luggage lift. Loved that they use white sheets and the doona cover is also in white sheet material and freshly laundered and pressed. Such a comfy bed too! Sweet little communal terrace where you can have an afternoon vino. An easy walk from the station and really well located on the edge of the old town so that everything is almost on your doorstep. I spent a lot of time searching through various websites and am completely convinced that I got the best hotel in the area even if we were to pay 30% more than we did.

Julien was very friendly helpful and eager to help us make the most of our trip to Cannes, truly delightful. The rooms, although quite small, were extremely well done, practically brand new. Air-con worked great and it was totally quiet in the rooms even though on a busy road. The location was perfect, a few minutes stroll to the marina, the market and all the shopping & restaurants. 7Art is a small clean comfortable hotel with a bit of something special and kind of funky.
Nothing I didn't like, although people should be aware that there is no lift for people - there is a dumbwaiter that takes luggage upstairs, but people have to take the stairs.
